- To further strengthen our corporate governance, our board now includes outside directors, who help enliven the activities of the board by providing advice that is invaluable in our business activities.

- We have increased the number of auditors, and established an auditors committee, to increase the effectiveness of our audits and ensure that audits are carried out smoothly and efficiently.

- Based on our Code of Conduct, we have created the post of Chief Compliance Officer, whose role is to ensure all our compliance operations are carried out in order. Such operations include formulation of a written manual of procedures specifically tailored for our business, training seminars for incoming employees, and additional training by outside attorneys and internal auditors to monitor compliance practices.
